UNFCCC Decision 4/CP.7, Annex
This refers to paragraph 5 and is directed at Parties other than developed country Parties, particularly developed country Parties, and other developed Parties not included in Annex II. Results are to be made available through the national communications and other related national reports and channels (e.g., technology information clearing houses). UNFCCC Article 4.5 refers to technology transfer.
